What is a Dream Team?

A Dream Team is a small group of people who share their dreams together and who can communicate with one another in a private team forum.

Why join a Dream Team?

There are many good reasons to join a dream team. Here are five to get you started:

• Get to know a 'virtual family' of dreamers from around the world
• Make a commitment to regularly recording your dreams
• Receive feedback on your dreams from a more personal audience
• Deepen your understanding of dreams through discussion with team members
• Learn to dream intentionally and to increase the frequency of your lucid dreams.

Are my dreams private?

You choose what level of privacy to give to each of your dreams. A single dream can be:

• Completely private (only visible to you)
• Shared only with your Dream Team
• Shared with the public (anyone visiting the Sea Life website)

Members of your dream team will see dreams belonging to either of the latter two categories.

Can we only discuss our dreams?

While the key function of the Dream Teams is to provide a space to share your dreams, each team is also given a private team forum to communicate with one another.

How often am I expected to participate?

As a Dream Team member you should aim to post a dream at least once or twice a week. If you can’t post a dream, at least make an effort to contribute to the team forum or post a comment on your teammate's dreams. We don’t want to feel like we’re speaking to ghosts.

How do I join a team?

To join a team, you will need to first register on the site. Once you have registered, you can fill out the application form available here.
