I have arrived in a strange, hotel-like place for my Japanese language classes. The place is new and unfamiliar to me. To get here, I have to drive through confusing, strange paths filled with ramps and turns. I remember arriving one day at around 8:30 AM, meeting with four or five other students and then proceeding to class. The school itself was actually really weird too - it had all sorts of strange arches on the construction and had green and blue stone walls. Later (or possibly, on another day), I was walking by foot near a large, strange ramp from the same path. I'm walking with moot (Chris Poole, the creator of 4Chan ) and a friend of his, a fat, bearded guy around our age. We seem to be friends. We enter a large cube of glass (?!) and suddenly a large group of Asian women appear behind moot, crowding around him. I point at them and say, in English "Hey, look, fans!" The women turn at me, looking confused. "Fans? What are you talking about?" I feel a little embarrassed "Aren't you moot's fans? I assumed he'd had a lot of fans, and you guys show just up like that." Turns out they weren't. They didn't explain why they were there, either, but moot/Chris didn't seem to really care about it all, just smiling along.
Later, I'm in a car with a businessman (who's driving) and a woman. I don't really like them, as they are uptight and seem to be really egoistical. We are driving to the Japanese language school again, and we're running late. The businessman explains he always arrived around that time, so it was OK. I wasn't convinced. We soon arrive, and as I expected, are very late. We aren't allowed in class, so I have to wait in a small room I didn't know. The room looks pretty much like any other from this place - square, with some arches on the divisions between rooms and blue/green stone walls and floor. There's a 35-40 year old woman in a bathtub, taking a bubble bath (there's a layer of foam so I can't actually see below her shoulder). She's annoyingly outspoken and was also a student like me. I ask her how I could speak to the teacher so I could apologize and talk to her about having class another time. She tells me I could use the phone nearby. I check the phone and a list of numbers I could call to, but it was utterly confusing - the instructions were written either in vague English or in Korean (or both), and I couldn't get to do it. I found a restaurant in the place, but the menu was also in Korean! I couldn't get to find more about the teacher or my classes because people kept interrupting or distracting me.
I'm now entering what seems to be a metal hangar. I'm walking by a kind of antechamber (which turned out to be a lateral entrance to the hangar) when I spot familiar faces. I greet them, then suddenly notice there's something odd on a nearby TV which was hanging on the ceiling. There is a porn movie playing - it was themed with pornstars dressed up as Justice League characters. Currently, Wonder Woman was having sex with another Wonder Woman (or something similar). We all laugh at the absurdity of it, and I wonder out loud who was watching that to start with. I cross the door to the larger area of the hangar and spot a group looking at another screen playing the porn movie, looking hypnotized (apparently, both TVs were the output of the same DVD player). I'm confused, so I just walk past them and into the larger area.
There's a ramp turning around to a higher area. I know that this place is mine - I use it as a kind of warehouse for books, comics, movies, CDs and LPs. There are shelves, tables and boxes all over with my collection. My own nerd safehouse. I spot two familiar people (who were supposed to be here), and a large group of children (who certainly were NOT supposed to be here). Apparently, the two had let these children in, which wasn't the problem - the problem was the MESS they did with my stuff! There were movies and CDs on the floor, books sprawled all over and possibly ruined... I was FURIOUS. I head over to the corner where I spot a large special-edition LP (or was it a Laserdisc?) for Pirates of the Caribbean. It had a special fold-up packaging and looked really neat. I carefully pick it up and do the best to fix it, before putting it on a shelf.
After this was fixed, I was foaming, and turned to my friends and yelled at one of them "GET THEM OUT! NOW!" He tried to be friendly to the children, so most of them didn't seem to care. I had already lost my temper and patience (which actually never happened IRL), so I just get in his way and start yelling at the children and pointing them to the exit. "OUT! OUT OUT OUT OUT OUT! GET OUT OF HERE! LEAVE MY STUFF ALONE! WHO LET YOU IN HERE? GET OUT!" The children begrudgingly comply and leave slowly. It was around this point I noticed something odd with the children. Most of them wore strange hats and costumes, some looking like samurais, some looking like comics/cartoon/anime characters... and some actually WERE animated characters (albeit none that I recognized). They slowly left, and around this point I realized this was a dream.
Becoming lucid, I found myself impressed with the realness of the place. I was still glad the children had left, so I could explore on my own. I felt the lucidity wane, but found out that things became crispy clear when I though about my anger (about the children). It seems my level of lucidity was reacting to my feelings. I remember about rubbing my hands and do so. Strangely, this proved to be a bad move - everything darkened and flickered. I said out loud, in English "I am Lucid. The world is vivid" (following the advice from a video I had been watching lately), but it was no good. Everything darkened and I fell into a FA.
I had my eyes closed and moved slightly on the bed. I hear my brother complaining, and I remember that I am actually sharing a bed with him (eeer what?!). I change position one last time and go back to sleep. I wake up for real.
