I live in this strange place I've never been to IRL. It is a complete mess - there are boxes and books and papers all over the place. There is broken and overturned furniture and most rooms and things are in a pretty bad shape, though no one really seems to care. For some reason, Aya Toujou (a character from the Ichigo 100% manga series - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ichigo_100%25) is staying with us for a while. She's really cute and nice, and I want to look good in front of her and make sure she feels comfortable while staying here. Most of my recall is confusing, as I remember suddenly finding out some pornographic or almost pornographic depicting Nishino (another character from the same series) naked and posing. Those were for some reason in papers and on some random TV screens that seemed to be around. For some reason, that was important, though the only explanation why, at the time, was that "she was a famous movie actress", which doesn't really make much sense. I tried to get rid of them, so Toujou wouldn't see them, but she never did notice anything, anyway.

Toujou seemed to be either helping us with something or working on something herself, when, at some point, she suddenly became ill and was now laying on a bed with a fever. We were tending for her when other people, also manga characters following her drawing style, walked in to check out how she was. I didn't want them to stick around as she needed to rest. They also annoyed me, because they treated Toujou as if she was just pretending to have a fever to get attention.
