I'm in this port area with my brother. It is a river, surrounded by elevated houses and thick jungle. The course of the river is surrounded by the constructions, and most of the transportation here is exclusively by boat. I'm currently walking around on a pier. Me and my brother had just impulsively bought a pet, and I was kind of regretting it. It's not like the pet was expensive - it was around 25 bucks. But it was certainly weird and troublesome: it was a small, monkey-like creature no bigger than my fist. It was a little alien-like and strange (it had a species name, but I don't remember it now). Most of the time, the creature was translucent - we could barely see it, and since it was so small it could be easily lost. While I decided what to do, it actually ran away and disappeared. In a way, I was relieved.

I got into an old boat we owned, and down along the river and impossibly to a higher area of it. (Now I used a third-person camera as in a game) I hear someone telling me it was a bad idea - the place was overrun by criminals, and our old boat would be no match for them. Just as this was said, other boats appeared and started shooting me. Out old boat was soon sinking, and I jumped out of it and knocked a bad guy down. I had no guns, and the bad guys were already out of their boats and approaching. I grab the gun of the first guy and start shooting, effectively killing some of them. Strangely, the weapons don't shoot accurately or their gunfire is non-lethal (e.g.: It hits them but there's no visible harm, as in some games). I keep shooting them and collecting guns, eventually turning over the tide.
