Literature Class

I'm in a literature class. The teacher is a man in his forties, who seems to be a nice guy. He tells us we're going to have a test on Veríssimo. That's the last name of two famous Brasliian authors. I ask him "The father? [Meaning Érico Veríssimo]" "No, the son. [Meaning Luís Fernando Veríssimo]" I was surprised we'd have a test on his works, but in any case that was great! Since I read a lot of his stuff, even though I didn't study for the test (I didn't even know there would be a test), I would do great on it!

The test questions seem to be shown on a projection, or a screen, and don't seem that hard at all. Strangely, though, they seem to pass too fast, so I'm having a hard time answering them. Suddenly, I wake up in the class. It turns out that I had fallen asleep and was somehow aware of everything around me. That caused a dream in which I though I was doing the test, when I was actually just mumbling while I was asleep. Somehow, though, I managed to get do part of the test. The dream fast-forwarded to me seeing a grades report. I had gotten a 3,5 at the test. My other grades were decent enough, but I'd have to be careful with the last remaining one.

Do you still take literature classes?

I've been looking for some good Brazilian authors to read to help me with my Portuguese. I'll have to check him out.

Actually, I don't o_o

In fact, the last time I had a literature class (at least in the strict sense of the word) was back in highschool. The class in the dream seemed more like a college class, though.

Veríssimo is really nice :D Lots of short stories, mostly humorous. One of my favorite authors.
