I'm in this hotel of some sort with my family. There's my parents, my brother, my uncle and aunt (mother's sister) and my cousin A. His sister or her husband weren't there though, nor was my sister-in-law. Apparently, I was younger, too. We were on some kind of holidays, and were currently staying in this small hotel which was run by this hispanic-looking short man. It seems the place was haunted, but not in a dangerous or extremely scary way - people would eventually hear noises or see shadows, but other than that, no problems. The place was really small, and apparently we were just staying there for a while. It seems that that place wasn't our final destination.
We were all sleeping in the same large room. Some were on beds, others on sleeping bags or mattresses on the floor. All mentioned family members were here, as well as the owner of the place (for some reason, he wasn't sleeping with his wife. Strange.) I was laying on top of a sofa, with my legs stretched out on a chair or something like that. We were all sleeping when we're suddenly woken up by a ghost. We didn't actually see it, but we all woke up in panic as 5 or 6 inhuman voices screamed loudly. I can't even start explaining how scared we were. When I just type it like this it doesn't seem scary at all, but the voices made us all scream in panic back - female, male, childish, adult, all kinds of voices, mixed up, screaming horribly in something I couldn't tell if was rage or agony.
I look in the direction of the screaming - near the door, by a closet- and see three black dogs, which were barking loudly. I recongized them as ghosts too - they were way too surreal to be real, and besides, there was no possible way they could have gotten in there otherwise. They weren't big, but were ferocious, and reminded me of Anubis. Now everything changed. I had my eyes closed (Later, I found out that I had woken up, but was in Sleep Paralysis. Looking from this perspective, the following events seem kinda funny). I tried moving my hands, but my fingers wouldn't move. They were hard and felt sore. I struggled and managed to move them partially, but at some point I couldn't anymore. I felt I was laying on my back (as I would later notice that I really was), and my hands were near my face. I was trying to grab onto something, possibly one hand on another..
I started hearing a noise. It was constant, and, while slow, followed a rythm. It sounded like steps. I started to panic, but I couldn't open my eyes or move. I was sure that it was another ghost! I tried paying attention to the noise and noticed as it paced around the room. I was scared it would do something evil to me while I couldn't move. I tried to scream, but I only opened my mouth, which felt dry, and couldn't make a sound. The steps seemed to get closer when I moved, so I did my best to stay still. I went back to the dream right after this. (I only noticed later, when I was awake, that the "steps" were actually the clock on my wall ticking.)
Now it was the next morning, and everyone was still pretty shaken up with the previous night's hauntings. It seems that the ghosts only showed up at night, so we were safe. Still, I was kinda scared of being alone, so while everyone walked around the hotel I always tried to be with someone. Interestingly, other than the owner's wife, which was a thin Asian woman, there seemed to be no one here other than my family.
Lightning Dreamwork
Felt pretty scared, then kinda silly to reealize some things weren't scary at all.
No idea.
