I'm in my room. The curtains are pulled and the light is on. There are magazines and videogames on the floor, everything pretty messy. My brother and someone else are here, though the other person disappeared soon after. There's a magazine on the floor with Mortal Kombat characters on it. I'm sitting on the floor, and somehow I believe I couldn't move, and it was related to the magazine. I ask my brother to press/touch/pick the picture for Scorpion (the character). He pokes it and I can move again. A fight ensues between me and my brother, who is now Johnny Cage. I'm Ranma, from the anime/manga series with the same name. He tries attacking me, but I twist my body around and attack with a jumping and turning uppercut.

As he's hit, I somehow know his life bar (as if this was a game) had been zeroed. Cue a scream like a fighting game character's and a slowdown as he falls. My move automatically continues, as I land and turn for another uppercut, which doesn't hit. I then hear an explanation about that move, which was based on the way a specific bird moved. I was also given the information that an image of that bird was printed on Ranma's clothing (there's no such thing IRL).
