I was walking somewhere with a group of guys. Everyone was pretty much paranoid: I wasn't sure, but I thought the guys were plotting against me, so I was never sure when they were telling the truth or not. We had to stay together for some reason, which made things worse. It seemed that even among them they wouldn't trust each other, but I wasn't sure how much of that was a trick to fool me into believing them, or falling into a false sense of safety.

If Deceit were my dream..
My first thought would be that this "paranoia" may be something I also experience in the waking world, occasionally. There's a feeling of uneasiness - I want to know what's dwelling there. The emphasis for me would be the fact that I'm walking around with a group of guys. Why with this group of people in particular, does this paranoia come about? What situations in real life might bring about a similar feeling?
Were these my friends or unknowns?
