I'm driving a car in a street with two lanes heading the same direction. It's a long street, with tall gray/white walls (not sure now) on both sides. It was nighttime, or at least near nighttime, and apparently it had been raining recently. My brother is with me in the car, but I'm the one driving. Everything's going fine, when we suddenly notice this huge crater on the left side of the street, effectively blocking an entire lane (how didn't we notice it before, really?). We stop when we're quite close to it, and signal to change lanes and drive around it. However, the car to my immediate right stops as well, holding the traffic behind him, even though there was room for safely driving around the hole.
I notice there's an Asian woman walking by, around 35-40 years old, a little ugly and with a slightly paranoid look. She's yelling something, and I notice that a woman comes out of the car to my right (there was a couple inside it). The two women start arguing, and then effectively fighting. There's a bit of hair-pulling, slapping, grabbing and we're all just watching, shocked. The husband gets out of the car, but does nothing. At some point, the woman from the car grabs the Asian one and pushes her into the crater! Around this point, I'm out of the car, as is my brother. I look down into the crater and the Asian woman is on the ground, but she's fine. Rainwater accumulated down there, possibly making the ground softer for her fall, though when I saw her she was near some broken asphalt.
She somehow hides momentarily under the debris. My brother grabs a huge piece of broken asphalt and throws it into the crater, near her. It hits the ground. I'm confused - why was he doing that? I mean, we had nothing to do with them, and we weren't even sure who was right. I wondered if that would maybe help her somehow. The woman from the car quickly jumps into the driver's seat of her vehicle and turns it on. She turns her wheels and accelerates, jumping into the crater with the car! She wanted to run over the Asian woman! Luckily, she didn't hit her at all, as the crater was rather spacious.
Thinking rationally, I decide to move my car away from the crater before doing anything else. Since the right lane was now free, though the cars behind weren't moving, I signaled to the right, also sticking my hand through the right window to help signal (What? How would this be possible?). I drive around the hole and then park on the left side of the street, some meters away from it. I get out of the car and head back. I wake up.
