Introduction: I enter my lucid dream by visualising the character "Orpheus" from my previous lucid dream.

Visualisation comes easy. I seem to tap right into my memory of the energetic signature of Orpheus. At first I snap into a momentary visionary stage - I see "Orpheus" as a girl sitting alone on a chair, at the very edge of my bedroom (in a corner that seems more distant, than my room would even allow for). It seems significant that this image shows up. I continue deepening into a relaxed state.

All of a sudden I'm lucid. I'm rising up and up. I can feel someone leading me, but all I can make out is patterns of energy. My astral body travels alongside, as though following an invisible path/channel of energy that pulls me up/forward.

I see an outline of the Earth, and the Earth dropping away, as though gravity has been forgotten and I am now on my way to the stars. It's difficult actually. I can't really see myself, I have to trust in what I can "feel" (like seeing in the dark, but flying at the same time). I don't have much to hold onto.

I'm relieved when I start emerging into a realm where the visual senses can take hold once again. I feel like I'm looking at a map - a map of life in a star system quite apart from our own - there are the outlines of little circles and lines that connect the places which make it up. I see one, it seems to read "oeoe".

I can feel the presence of the character Orpheus once again, but she's not visible this time. Instead, as I look at the map, my vision shifts to the right and I can simultaneously see my "mum" there.

My dreaming self recognises that it's not really mum. Quite fluidly, I continue studying the map, while also listening to what my 'mum' has to say.

"This" she says, "is your signature".

She hands me an object. It's like a battery, only it's cylindrical like a torch, and broken into four quadrants (top to left, left to bottom, etc)

Each says something different, something about voltage. A line runs across the top of the touch (and along the sides, and base of the battery). They read "27.7 V, 21.7V, and so on.

It seems interesting enough, but I have no clue as to what it's supposed to mean. Instead, I put my finger on both ends of the battery.

I notice how my body gives off a charge (like those batteries that test themselves, and show a red line representing the amount of energy they have).

Soon after, I wake.
