I'm lucid, although not conscious in a bodily form, but rather hanging in the astral (so to speak).
Amongst a heap of visual events, I notice a familiar visual symbol bop up on my vision, which I recognise represents s.

I draw the image into my visual field, concentrating upon it, and after some time there is a change.
Suddenly I jump out into the kitchen in my old family home. My dad's here, and I start speaking to him. Yet as soon as I speak to him, I know something has changed. There's a new depth to my voice, a hoarse tone, and a feeling of something animal around or is it on me.
I look to my shoulders, and see that I am now dressed in a gigantic white polar bear suit. It's more than just a suit however - I actually feel myself to be a polar bear. Large, tall, of a solid build. There's something centering about it all.
I notice however that there's a zip running down the suit, and through there you can see the hairs on my chest (which actually add to the image of being a 'bear') but also my rather skinny frame. Nevertheless, I take the image in - almost pondering the significance, but also fairly involved in what is a fairly unusual experience.
I head outside to the front door, but when I get there I see a part of me become scared / nervous like a small animal cowering for a place to hide. My costume disappears, and I'm now urging a tiny little white puppy to face it's fears of the outside world. The puppy feels like a part of me, but at the same time I'm back in human form walking outside - my intentions somehow connected to the animal, but not the ultimate arbiter of it's movement.
The dog gets caught up in some fight with another animal, and a girl shows up, wearing a cross-like symbol at her chest. She calls it the 'therma', pointing out the it represents 'infinity'. She makes some connection with the cycle of these animals fighting and the symbol.
Lightning Dreamwork
Cool. It was great being a big polar bear!
Dream more with the bear. I've had quite a few lucid dreams, where bear has been prominent - but nothing like this where I transformed into a bear.
