Sister steps on big knife
There are many people sitting at pik-nic tables, food is being cooked. My middle sister is joking around with me, she spills beeron my shirt and laughs. I know she is joking around. I take the joke and add to this by shaking up my beer bottle and soaking her in beer. There are many people around, all friends in some way. Sister just laughs it off.
then I see her again walking through the sand around the bbq's, she drops the big knife she was using to prepare food, steps on the knife acedently. She is badly hurt and I run to her and try and help. I tell her after she pulls the knife out of her foot, you better lay down so I can see how to help heal this wound. Discovering that it is real bad and she needs the emergency room as her heal of her foot has come almost compleatly off, could see the skellenton of her foot and ther was barely any blood.

In the first part of the dream, we're pouring beer on each other (think of how you'd take it if some stranger came up and dumped a glass of beer on you), but we're laughing while we're doing it because we're close enough that we can take that as a joke and laugh it off, even when there is an audience around to notice it. I would take this and smile about it, thanking fate (god, the powers that be, etc) that we have such a relationship.
In the second part of the dream, though, I see her drop a knife, something that she's using to cook food for everyone there, and hurt herself badly with it. Examining the wound, I can tell that I won't be able to do anything to help her except for get her to a hospital quickly. I would think carefully on whether I feel or have recently felt that something she was doing to help someone is going to end up hurting her in the end, in the same way that the knife she was using to cook food for the guests hurt her foot. If I've had that thought, I would take action on it and talk with her, for as in the dream, the wound she takes may be severe.
I hope I'm wrong with this one, but this is what I get from the dream. The first part of the dream reminds me of one I had a long while ago that I still look back on and smile, so hopefully you'll be able to look back on dreams like those fondly as well. Pleasant dreams.
